We are looking for a WROKSHOP MANAGER for a leading Fleet group in Bahrain who meet the below criteria:

Essentials

• Mechanical Knowledge Heavy Vehicle
• Fleet Management of 300+ vehicles + staff 350+
• Minimum 9 years’ experience in management
• Proactive track record of multinational groups
• Use of FMS previously and understanding what reporting benefits come from these systems for failure analysis
• Proven working relationship historically with 3rd parties i.e Insurance Companies
• Safety Qualification NEBOSH,IOSH or equivalent
• Commitment to H&S with a proven history of safety awareness and accident avoidance.

Desirables

• Knowledge of MAN product
• Stock Control/Supply Chain experience
• Vehicle assessment for Insurance quotations
• Supervisory Management Qualification
• Certificate of Professional Competence or equivalent Certificate
• Demonstrable knowledge/capability of budgets and Spend analysis and control.

Compensation & Benefit.

• Salary : BHD 800 to 2000
• Family Visa
• Yearly flight tickets for self and family
• 30 days’ vacation in a year.
• Performance based Bonus scheme.
